Cortina Jenelle, LLC (dba Brand Evangelist and formally Cortina Jenelle Branding Agency), is a single member LLC and formed legally as a business from the intellectual property of “CORTINA JENELLE CALDWELL” upon original filing under Assumed Name Certificate, SOSID #2080301, 2080302, 2080303 on November 9, 2020 with common law rights dating back to September 2013-2015, per instance of design and rights traced to first use.

Brand Evangelist is on a mission is to help entrepreneurs, freelancers, nonprofits and others scale their brands, especially supporting the faith-based. Brand Evangelist’s logo, tagline, copywritten content, methodology and website are the intellectual property of Cortina Jenelle, LLC and “CORTINA JENELLE CALDWELL”, protected and secured under the sovereign party’s legal name and common law intellectual property, protected by any and all applicable copyright and trademark laws for “CORTINA JENELLE CALDWELL”. This is a legal entity and binding agreement enforceable in any court of law.
