Case Study: Journeys with Moshë

Journeys with Moshë, the service, adventure and luxury-based travel brainchild of Moise Baptiste! During the Discovery Call, I learned that Moise had used travel to renew his sense of purpose, improve his well-being, and the mission was to do that for others – it was a no brainer to work with this client. He and his wife organize travel and tours through Africa, where guests are thrust into an authentic localized experience, do some service work on the trip and stay in luxurious 4-5 star accommodations – all in the name of better health, a better life and a better world. Who wouldn’t want to travel like this?

Their pain points:
❎ Had back-to-back negative experiences with hiring creative professionals and now client had lost time and money in the process (this one is way too common for people that come to me for help!)
❎ Website had some broken links and original designer was unresponsive and unwilling to help (also, more common than I wish it was!)

💥 How I overdelivered on my brand promise: Setup a new email account that could be answered from client’s Gmail with a professional signature; designed a business/loyalty card; included travel/tourism-based conferences and events in a strategy section of the brand style guide to jumpstart networking and visibility.
